I am doing a study for insets control, use medical oil to convert as air.we are looking for better method other than heat or vibration.What is the best method to convert liquid oil to become air particle?

Another option is electrical. Look at some of the mist systems, especially for reptiles. An electrical charge excites the water so that it creates vapor. The problem though comes with delivery. You'd need another device like a fan to expel it quickly from its excitation point.
